Insights from a seasoned leader, who also happens to be therapist

The world of work is changing…

Many of us are struggling to balance the pace of work with the pace of life. And it’s not a fair fight.

You may feel like:

  • You’re being asked to lead and get results.

  • You’re losing empathy for the people or clients you serve.

  • You can’t give any more. The burnout is real.

  • You’re struggling to feel like you can make a difference.

  • You worry you are letting everyone down.

  • You’re lonely.

Have more goals. Be more human. Have more work-life balance,
More, more, more, more, more.

Most of the time, those strategies cause more stress because they’re just asking you to perform in more places.

The reality is that the more we do, the more we go into what I call “self-debt” and we have to think about it just as if we were in financial debt.

I run leadership bootcamps to help leaders understand the core of leadership is a relationship—to self and to others. It is fundamentally both relational and transactional in nature. And I help those leaders walk out the door with a clear plan, and more importantly, a community of support.

People navigating the world of work can benefit from understanding what work-life balance truly is—a fool’s errandand a different way of finding success and health.

The struggle is real. I can help.

Let’s do this.

Professional Insights for Professional Lives

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the professional world…

navigating many of the same challenges leaders are facing now. I know what it’s like to feel burned out, stuck in the same old patterns, and overwhelmed by the pressures of career life, while trying to keep life outside of work intact.

I’ve worked alongside consultants, leaders, and driven professionals who pour everything into their jobs but sometimes find themselves wondering:

How long can I keep this up?

Those experiences taught me how easy it is to lose sight of yourself in the hustle—and how much clarity and confidence you can gain when you step back and realign your goals.

As a therapist, I bring that perspective into our work together. I don’t just understand workplace stress on a conceptual level—I’ve lived it. Together, we’ll break down the issues leaders are dealing with, whether it’s burnout, a tough career transition, or figuring out how to fit everything in. My goal is to help you find practical solutions that fit your life and values without the corporate-speak or endless self-help jargon.

Because at the end of the day, a healthier leader is a healthier team.
