Leadership
Bootcamps

How was leading this week?

It’s a question we begin every Bootcamp session with. Why? Because the leadership is not just theory. It’s a context that is lived. It’s experienced. But the magic sauce is the community we build. Leaders learn from leaders.

My approach is focused on the context of leadership, and the content of leadership. It dives into: how we are outwardly experienced, what long-held beliefs people carry with them about leadership, and how we can create healthy behaviors and plans rooted in the context of what leaders are experiencing.

Four hour sessions. Four Weeks.

Community Based

Leaders learn from other leaders. I am not the keeper of all the knowledge. My job is to draw out that knowledge from the group, frame it, and help them take action on it.

Context

The context of leadership is a relationship. It’s important for leaders to spend time thinking about what that relationship is asking of them.

Content

So what? What are you going to do about it. These bootcamps use a human-centered design approach to developing a leadership approach and plan of action to address all the relational and transactional needs of leading well.
