Career & Workplace Challenges
You are not defined by your job.
Whether you love your job or hate it, most of us need help navigating the stresses and challenges of our careers. Why stay stuck?
You may feel like:
You wake up and feel empty about having to tolerate even one more day at this job.
You’ve been investing in your career for years, and you’re like…this is it?
You can’t give any more. The burnout is real.
You need a new job, or you’re starting one, and that’s freaking scary.
Your job and career are hurting your family and relationships.
The answers are usually things like more work-life balance,
more self-care,
more PTO,
Most of the time, those strategies cause more stress because there’s just no time to fit it all in. I’m working and parenting and doing all the things…how in the world am I going to fit in yoga or a night out with friends? Well, what if part of the answer to this was to do less of something instead of more?
The reality is that the more we do, the more we go into what I call “self-debt” and we have to think about it just as if we were in financial debt.
I can help.
Let’s do this.
Professional Insights for Professional Lives
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in the professional world…
navigating many of the same challenges you’re facing now. I know what it’s like to feel burned out, stuck in a career that no longer fits, or overwhelmed by the pressures of climbing the ladder while trying to keep life outside of work intact.
I’ve worked alongside consultants, leaders, and driven professionals who pour everything into their jobs but sometimes find themselves wondering:
Is this it?
Those experiences taught me how easy it is to lose sight of yourself in the hustle—and how much clarity and confidence you can gain when you step back and realign your goals.
As a therapist, I bring that perspective into our work together. I don’t just understand workplace stress on a conceptual level—I’ve lived it. Together, we’ll break down the issues you’re dealing with, whether it’s burnout, a tough career transition, or figuring out what’s next for you. My goal is to help you find practical solutions that fit your life and values without the corporate-speak or endless self-help jargon.
Because at the end of the day, your career should be a piece of your life—not the thing that’s running it.
